Start Cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan or a 13x18 sheet tray with butter or cooking spray.
  2. Mix dry ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1 cup vanilla whey protein powder, 2 teaspoons baking powder, ½ teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional), and a pinch of salt.

  3. Prepare wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas until smooth. Whisk in 3 large eggs, ¾ cup milk, ⅓ cup maple syrup (optional), and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Whisk in a bowl with eggs, mashed banana, milk, and vanilla for sheet pan banana protein pancake batter.
  4. Combine
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined. The batter should be thick but pourable. If it feels too thick, add another splash of milk.
